Welcome to celpipmaster.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website celpipmaster.com and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by celpipmaster.com ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

celpipmaster.com is an online study platform that provides practice materials, mock tests, AI-generated scoring and feedback, sample answers, and related study tools for learners preparing for the CELPIP test.

Independence disclaimer. celpipmaster.com is an independent practice platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Paragon Testing Enterprises, the CELPIP test, or any official testing organization. "CELPIP" and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on this Service only to describe the exam our materials help you prepare for. Practicing on this Service does not register you for, or guarantee any result on, the official test.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Your account is personal to you. Account sharing is not permitted. One account is for use by one person. We may suspend accounts that show signs of sharing or concurrent use by multiple people.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Membership, Redemption Codes, and Paid Features

• Certain features of the Service (such as AI scoring, sample generation, and premium study tools) are available only to paid members.
• Paid membership can be purchased on the website, with payment processed by our third-party payment processor (Creem), or activated by redeeming a redemption code obtained through our authorized sales channels.
• Prices and included benefits are shown at the point of purchase. By completing a purchase you authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method.
• Refunds for purchases made on the website are governed by the Refund Policy in Section 3A below.
• Each redemption code can be used once. Once a code is redeemed and membership is activated, the code cannot be re-used, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Refund requests for codes are handled by the sales channel where you purchased them, in accordance with that channel's policy.
• Redemption codes and accounts are valid only when obtained from us or our authorized sales channels. Codes or accounts obtained from unauthorized resellers, second-hand marketplaces, or other unofficial sources (including accounts created or resold by third parties) may be invalidated, suspended, or terminated at any time without compensation. If you are unsure whether a seller is authorized, contact us before purchasing.
• Some paid features are subject to fair-use limits (such as daily quotas on AI scoring). Current limits are shown in the Service and may be adjusted to keep the Service reliable for all members.
• Membership benefits, included features, and pricing may change over time. Changes do not retroactively reduce the remaining term of a membership you have already activated.

3A. Refund Policy (Website Purchases)

This section applies to memberships purchased directly on celpipmaster.com through our payment processor (Creem). Refunds for redemption codes bought through third-party sales channels are handled by the channel where you purchased them.

Because membership grants immediate access to digital content, refunds are available only during a short evaluation window. A refund request is eligible only if all of the following conditions are met at the time of the request:

These limits are measured by our system records. As soon as any one limit is exceeded, the refund window closes automatically and the purchase is final.

Additional terms:

• Eligible refunds are returned in full to the original payment method through the payment processor. Once we approve the refund, it typically appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
• On refund, the associated membership is deactivated and any AI scoring, sample generation, or other paid usage consumed during the membership is void.
• Refunds are not available for memberships that have been suspended or terminated for violating these Terms (including account sharing, content scraping, or use of unauthorized codes/accounts).
• If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us at [email protected] with your order reference and we will investigate regardless of the limits above.
• Under applicable consumer-protection laws you may have additional rights that cannot be limited by this policy; nothing here reduces those rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Share, sell, rent, or transfer your account or membership benefits to any other person;
• Copy, scrape, crawl, bulk-download, republish, resell, or redistribute practice materials, questions, sample answers, or any other content from the Service;
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts, crawlers) to access the Service, or circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or human-verification measure;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, prompts, or models underlying the Service;
• Upload or submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or malicious (including malware or code intended to disrupt the Service);
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. Where a violation involves misappropriation of paid content or platform abuse, we reserve the right to terminate the account without refund of any unused membership period.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Our content. All practice materials, questions, sample answers, feedback frameworks, software, and design elements of the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your own exam preparation only.

Your content. You retain ownership of the responses you create on the Service (such as essays and speaking recordings). By submitting them, you grant us a license to store, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the Service, including processing by third-party AI providers to generate your scores, feedback, and samples, and to use it in de-identified form to improve the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Scores, feedback, sample answers, and study suggestions on the Service are generated by artificial-intelligence systems. They are practice estimates and learning aids, not official scores:

• AI output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies;
• AI-estimated scores do not predict or guarantee your result on the official CELPIP test;
• Sample answers are study references and should not be memorized and reproduced as your own work in the official test.

You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content in your preparation.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, add, or remove features, or suspend the Service for maintenance, at any time. Where a change materially reduces the core paid features of active memberships, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected members.

8. Termination

• You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk or legal exposure for us or other users. Where the violation is serious (including account sharing, content scraping, or payment fraud), termination may take effect without prior notice and without refund.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 6, 9, and 10) will survive.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that your official exam results will improve.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the membership period in which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. General

• Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and provide notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
